My experience - Very poor customer service, ordered product online...was not giving any shipping info or notice that it had even been shipped...had to email them after a month to make sure it shipped and they didn't forget it or something. When it didn't arrive after 6 weeks I emailed again and got a single line "i dunno" type response, I contacted them after 2 months, asking for a refund or re-ship with tracking...never got a response. I hate to believe some people get by in life by scamming young people of their hard earned spending money, but this guy really hasn't given me any reason to believe he cares. Not once did he "get back" to me on his own, every email had at least a week in between and I had to write him asking "so, did you check with the post office" etc I am currently filing a dispute with the Credit Card company as my emails to him seem to be ignored, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE

I have stopped in a few times on my way through Pittsburgh and the new location (the one listed) is fantastic. There is plenty of space to play whatever game you have and if you don't have a game the store has full lines of the big 3 (Flames of War, W40k, Warhammer Fantasy). The owner is a big fan of Flames of War and has a great staff. It would be a place I would visit more frequently if I had the time.
