I've been a customer for well over 10 years and there is a reason I keep coming back. The employees are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Time after time I have requested suggestions for a game and they have taken the time to assist me and give personalized advice. The tournaments I have attended are fun and run in a punctual, organized way. Their stock on hand is impressive and new, exciting games are frequently announced. Sample games are always laid out in the store to encourage new players to try them I love the way everyone at the store treats me - remembering my name and interests and even occasionally suggesting new games or products that I would enjoy. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.
