After much displeasure provided by the staff of this store i have seen a great turn around in the customer service approach by the co owners. I am happy to say i will no longer need to drive to los osos to do my trade ins...much appreciated guys. keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!

Poor excuse for a game store. They use the store to get merchandise from trade ins. They then sell the good stuff on ebay and the left overs get sold in store. Grumpy new short girl driving the business into the ground. Good luck surviving in this weak economy. The staff must have training in rudeness and incompetence. YES ITS THAT BAD
